Where do Al-Nuzha dates come from?
Al-Nuzha Dates is a Madinah-based grower and exporter. Our dates come from certified farms within the Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region, so every lot carries the provenance you expect.
Which date varieties do you supply?
Our most popular varieties are Ajwa Al-Madinah, Anbara, Khudry, Majdool, Sugai, Mabroom, Sukkari (Rothab and Mufattal), Safawi and Burni. More than 20 other varieties are available on request, along with date paste, almond-stuffed dates and gift hampers.
Which certifications do you hold?
We are HACCP, SFDA, ISO 22000 and GMP / Global GAP certified, with documentation available for every shipment.
Do you export, and what is the minimum order?
Yes. We supply importers, distributors and food brands in 20+ countries. Wholesale is sold by the container with no fixed minimum order. Request a quote through our wholesale inquiries page.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Custom private-label and retail packaging are available, and we handle the export paperwork.
Can I buy small quantities online?
Yes. Our retail shop at shop.alnuzhadates.com sells the same certified Madinah dates in consumer-ready packs, shipped worldwide.
How do I pay for an online order?
By bank transfer (TT). After you place your order we email you the bank details and your invoice. Your order is prepared once we confirm the transfer has been received.
How is my order delivered, and how long does it take?
We currently ship by international postal delivery to all destinations, typically within 7–10 days. More delivery options are coming. Customs duties or import levies may apply in your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it if it is unused and undamaged. If delivery is more than 15 days later than the agreed date, you may cancel and be refunded automatically. See the full policy at shop.alnuzhadates.com/return-policy.
